Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney

Don't die without a will. The only people that benefit in such a case are the lawyers as the cost of administering an estate will be high.

As important as a will is an enduring power of attorney. These provide for someone to administer your affairs in the event that you are incapacitated. There are two types of attorney one for your asset administration and the other for your personal care and welfare. They are relatively cheap and an important part of anyone’s plan to ensure that life can continue in the event of a serious accident or illness.

Our three commercial directors and their legal executives have a lot of experience with wills and powers of attorney. Please contact one of our directors to discuss your requirements. Dennis McBrearty, Simon Dominick, or Richard Ayton.
